MOST OF THE FENCE IS MISSING AROUND THE TREE

Previously owned Mervyns Lighted Christmas Tree Christmas Village Accessory, most of the fence around the tree is missing and has some spots where the paint has worn off, please look at the pictures, it is dusty from storage, includes a light cord that may or may not have a working bulb, the box and styrofoam have some wear, It is approx 6\" across by 8\" tall.
