This Christmas Village Square Mervyns piece 1991 is perfect and suitable for any occasion, Christmas.

This is from my own personal and original collection and in excellent condition. I also have many other Mervyns Christmas Villages, Trains, and other uniquely designed pieces from over a 16 year period.
They are and have been kept in a controlled environment since new and in storage bins and only exhibited once per year up to from 1992 - 2012 then place in storage until now. 2024 Their condition are all in near Mint condition with no marks, missing parts and never exposed to pets or handled by Children.
