This is beautiful and hard to come by. From what I can tell, it’s in perfect shape it just doesn’t have the box.

The light works as you can see in the photos. Please see the rest of the photos so you can make a determination with your own visual description. It has an extra fuse for the plug.

USPS First class 2 to 5 days

USPS Priority Mail 1 to 4 days (seems to be the fastest from my experience)

UPS 3 day 3 days (except Alaska and Hawaii)

UPS Ground 1 to 5 days

These are projections the shipping companies make. It could be longer during the Holiday season.

Some new items have boxes that may have flaws such as a torn corner or a bit of waving from being stored. I will mention it if I think it’s worth mentioning if it’s beyond what has been previously noted above.

If the item isn’t breakable and comes in a box, I may wrap it with bubble wrap and then waterproof wrapping that is used for moving. I’ve sent many packages this way and have not had a problem.
