Maker: On the reverse of this beautiful Limoges cabinet plate is the green backstamp number 11 of H&Co, the company that became the iconic Limoges firm Haviland & Co. A handwritten letter F also appears, likely the artist\'s initial.
Age: The H&Co mark was in use between 1888 and 1896. Source: Third edition of the Collector\'s Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain by Mary Frank Gaston.
Design: With a lovely display of white roses, the plate would make an elegant statement in any setting.
Condition: It has no marks, chips, cracks, stains, discoloration, repairs or crazing. There is a small chip and light wear on the gold edge - they\'re shown in the photos with the red arrows.
Size: The plate is 8 1/2 inches wide and weighs 12.6 ounces.
