Dancing Hours is one of the most recognizable bas reliefsWedgwood has ever produced. This iconic design is attributed to John Flaxman Jr(1755-1826). He was a neoclassicalsculptor and designer, who began to supply Wedgwood with designs. Flaxmanmostly worked in wax when designing for Wedgwood. The designs were then cast,and some are still in production today.
