PHILIPS, B5X63A model manufactured in 1956-57.

This radio uses two ampifier tubes. One E84 for the bass tones and an EL86 for the high tones. It is a pleasure listen the music in this incredible radio. If you want enjoy the classic music with the higest quality sound, this is your radio.

It is not easy to find this radio model in this condition. It is like new and has a really nice look. It is a beautiful radio.

It has been checked and tested 100%. All capacitors, tubes and resistors in bad condition have been replaced. All mechanical problems were fixed and the AM-FM filters were adjusted. The dial bulbs were replaced, the dial cable was checked, the ferrite antenna cable was replaced, the variable resistors were cleaned,...everything has been checked. Now, the radio works like new.

It works in FM and AM (MEDIUM WAVE, SHORT WAVE and LONG WAVE).

It has an internal voltage regulator that goes from 110V to 220V so the radio is ready to plug in and work in any country.

This radio has a rear turntable input, which can now be used to connect one of the Bluetooth amplifiers we have advertised in our shop. You can listen to your favourite music, your jazz collection.... through this radio with high quality tube sound.
