This is a nice vintage early printed postcard showing Emperor Meiji celebrating his victory over Russia.

Publisher: Unknown.

The corners have light wear. The image is nice but with some white specs. Postally unused.

Please Note: If you see a florescent colored line or streak on the postcard image it is from the scan, not on the card. Typically found a vertical line to the right of the center.The colors tend to come in Green, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Purple & Red.
