Serpentinegreen and black mottled hard stone. Under ambient light, this carvingappears darker and glossier than any of the images here. Undersunlight or bright lighting, the lighter green veins and stonevariation pop brightly. Flash photography images are to highlight thestone variation and condition. Uniformly smooth to the touch exceptfor the bottom of the feet where there are a few chips which are notvisible when displayed standing. See image close-ups.
