This is a low grade item. It will be complete and readable, but will show significant wear. Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Art by Jack Kamen and Al Davoren. Fox Feature Syndicate creates a pre-Code title guaranteed to provide lurid covers and art, as women both historical and fictional commit murder and other heinous acts. Irish immigrant Memphis Mae quickly establishes herself in the Chicago underworld with her murderous ways; Arva Bolling builds a fortune on the backs of the people she murdered; Sarah Rachel Russell, better known as Madame Rachel, is a British blackmailer and con artist in Victorian-era London. Cover features women fighting, but played for laughs. Memphis Mae Corey; Arva Bolling: She Killed to Live!; Murder Proceeds: $1.13; Madame Rachel; A Woman's Intuition! 32 pages, Full Color. Classic fight cover. A violent panel on page seven of "Madame Rachel" shows a woman's face dissolving in acid.
