A \"Cortland Beef Co.\" sign is on the float. The lettering on the oval in the middle of that sign is difficult to make out. One word may be Epicure.
The horses are wearing caparisons.
There is another float in the image but it is hard to see. The facial features of the people are indistinct.
3-1/2\" x 5-1/2\". Finish wear, scratches, stains, bends/creases, handwriting, edge and corner wear. It has an old paper smell.
