Early Bari Pearl (7075) Handmade Bent Four Square Tobacco Pipe By Viggo Nielsen of Denmark in Near Mint condition

Vintage Bari Pearl Handmade Smooth Bent Paneled Tobacco Pipe with single nuckle Bamboo shank in Outstanding Overall Smoked Condition.

An early offering from the classic Danish pipe maker, Bari. In the beginning Bari tended to make more traditionally shaped Pipes, this being one of those.

Bari would later start shaping Pipes the way most of us are accustomed to seeing, Large and sometimes Giant Freehand pipes, often with individually unique yet similar shaping, of both Briar and Stem.

This is definitely more along the lines of a classically shaped bent pipe, although with that familiar Danish flair and the Addition of a beautiful bamboo shank.

Beautiful grain and Smooth texture and an excellent contrasting Amber Walnut over black finish.

Chamber is in Very lightly smoked condition.

The Vulcanite stem is Jet black, and Chatter Free and sports the \"BARI\" stamping.

The Bamboo Shank is reinforced internally by Vulcanite, with a Vulcanite piece on each end, providing protection to the Briar, and looking sexy.

(Also making cleaning much easier.)

Bari Piber was founded by Viggo Nielsen in Kolding Denmark around the turn of 1950/51. Viggo\'s sons Kai Nielsen and Jørgen Nielsen both grew into their father\'s business from a very young age and worked there till 1975.

Viggo sold Bari in the late 70s.

**Bari closed their doors for good in the mid to late 1990s early 2000s, the Exact time is unknown.**
