This is a NEW ITEM. My husband and I have started a line of Brandywine Collectible of things dealing with Johnstown, Pa. This is a very detailed wood collectible of The Roxbury Bandshell. This piece shows the stage area of the Bandshell and has printed in the lower left-hand corner ROXBURY BANDSHELL - JOHNSTOWN PENNSYLVANIA. Also on the front center is a conductors stand. At the base of the flag to the right of stage are the emblems of the Armed Forces. This may not be able to be seen on the picture on , but you can clearly see this on the real collectible piece. On the back of this beautiful piece is a brief history of the Bandshell starting with the groundbreaking in 1939, the first concert anddate, the name of the architect and much more information. The real Bandshell amphitheater is constructed of natural rock. Also on the back is a sticker of the American Flag/Made in USA and another sticker Brandywine Woodcrafts Inc. This piece measures 8 1/2" X 4 1/4" X 3/4". If you are from Johnstown, or know someone who is or just a collector of Brandywine pieces this piece is really beautiful and will make a wonderful gift.
