Includes notary seal and 2 stamps. Multiple signatures, including that of John Wanamaker\'s attorney (but not Wanamaker).
The Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper dated Dec. 25, 1972 seems to refer to this property: \" TO PERSONS OF MODERATE INCOMES, . CLERKS, SALESMEN AND OTHERS WHO ARE PAYING ALL THEIR MONEY AWAY FOR RENT. I have carefully built two blocks of houses on Bainbridge street, east and west of Twenty-second street, which I Will sell to reliable persons on terms that will not be difficult to comply with, and enable them In course of time to own their own homes. The first payment required Is small. The houses are not large but quite handsome, containing parlor, with bay window, dining room, kitchen, three chambers, sitting room, servants\' room and bath room. They are now being finished and can be papered to suit buyers. POSSESSION IN ONE WEEK. Tbe houses recede from the street, with terrace haudsomely finished with brown stone, surmounted by iron railing. Mr. MUDGE, the agent, is at house No. 2207 BAINBRIDGE Street, from 10 to 12 o\'clock mornings, and from 4 to 6 aftemoons, and 7 to 8 evenings, to show the houses and give Information. The price of these houses Is Just the same as if the entire amount was paid In cash, and title papers undoubted and guaranteed In every respect. Tbe opportunity to get so good a house on such reasonable terms will soon be gone.
