Cornelius & Co. Girandole Centerpiece Brass Marble Candle Gilt Prisms Dated April 10th, 1848.

Marked well Cornelius and Co. There is one prism that has a crack on its side but it’s really hard to see. There’s also a crack in the metal above the gentleman’s head where a repair was made. I’ve included a picture to show it. There are a couple little green spots but no real issues. Needs professionally cleaned. The prisms are all in pretty good condition. One is scratched pretty heavily, others have a few scratches and one has a crack. The marble base is fully in tact and has some staining. This is really in pretty good overall shape considering it’s over 150 years old. Magnificent piece of history and hope this finds a restorative home.
