This beautiful candy dish is a wonderful addition to any decorative collection. The light-yellow center and heavy gold trim and hand-painted details make it a stunning piece. The dish is made by Mavaleix/Granger, a well-known brand in the world of Limoges porcelain. It originates from France and is from the Victorian era. It is 7 1/4\" long by 5 3/4\" wide by 1 3/4\" tall.
The under glaze white ware Granger G M mark dates it to from 1922 to 1938. It is an original piece and has not been modified in any way. The condition is very good with no chips or cracks. There is a small loss of gold at the rim. It is signed by the artist, S. Phillips. Overall, this is a must-have item for any collector who appreciates the beauty and elegance of antique French decorative pieces.
