This listing is fora divided backpostcardput out by Japan to honor the arrival there of the Great White Fleet expedition ordered by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1908 and 1909. It has an inset of three officers and I think one is Rear Admiral Robley \"Fighting Bob\" Evans.

It is in excellent condition with no tears or creases and very little corner or edge wear.
