I have acquired a portfolio full of pages from the \"Pictorial of St. Louis: The Great Metropolis of the Mississippi Valley. A Topical Survey drawn in perspective A.D. 1875\". These pages, or plates, are very nicely done and they point out landmarks, churches, and peoples\' houses or farms back in 1875 era. Many of the street names and building names are shown in the plates I am listing. Some examples include: Forest Park, Bellfontaine, Goodfellow, Manchester Rd, Pacific R.R., Kings High Way, Jennings, Washington University, Eads Bridge, etc. These are mostly from North St. Louis. I don\'t know if they were cut from an original book or possibly never made into a book and were unbounded pages. I don\'t know. I don\'t know the age of these. Almost all of them measure approx. 21\" wide x 14\" high. A few are a bit smaller. Please look at the pictures and make your own judgement.

SOME OF THE PICS ARE WITH FLASH AND SOME WITHOUT. IF THE PAPER LOOKS MORE \'YELLOWISH-BROWN\' THAT IS WITHOUT A FLASH AND MORE THE NATURAL COLOR.
