This is the Tomiyama Vickers Viscount airplane toy. Toy is in near mint C9 condition, box is in C8 excellent condition. You will not find another one of these toys in better condition. Toy was made from late 1950\'s to early 1960\'s.Toy is operated by 3 levers in cockpit. Canopy opens with a lever, then you operate toy with 3 levers in cockpit. The middle lever when pushed forward powers the plane up,and turns the electric motor on, and the light in the cabin lights up, and the stewardess starts going up and down the isle,and the wingtip lights blink alternately. The left lever when pushed forward starts the left 2 props spinning.The right lever when pushed forward starts the right 2 props spinning. When you close the canopy, the plane taxis.This toy operates perfectly. This is an absolutely beautiful airplane toy complete with the original battery holder, it is very very hard to find another example of this toy in this C9 near mint condition - complete with the box and battery holder. My packing is impeccable.I have never had a damage.
