This doesn’t say Prince Rupert, but the Interior News newspaper in Smithers BC in 1912 and the Victoria Daily Times in 1914 mention Rogers Steamship Agency in Prince Rupert. I can find a steamship agent named James H Rogers in 1913 and 1914 Prince Rupert directories. For my Grand Drawing ticket, raffle tickets cost as little as 1¢ and up to $2 — I don’t know how that worked. This is a vintage original item, not a modern repro.

SHIPPING IS FREE to a Canadian address only during my annual summer clearout. US shipping is $10, International is $12. The Canadian post office no longer allows an envelope which “contains goods” to be sent to the US or internationally by lettermail, it has to be mailed a more expensive way.
