I could find no others like this, it says ALPHA Switzerland in small letters on the back, not sure if it is cast or hammered aluminum, measures about 7.3 inches across with a sort of scalloped edge, weighs 5.5 ounces, has raised relief of the USS Ranger aircraft carrier in the center with jets flying around and on the deck. Since the carrier was launched in 1957 and aluminum plates were popular in the 1950s and 1960s I am guessing this is of that approximate age. Also I see they made aluminum souvenir ashtrays in the 1960s for Washington DC landmarks. I will insure the shipment.
