Album contains 50 imagesconsisting of 13 Tintypes and 37 CDVs. Thefirst CDV in the album is Lincoln and his family. One of the Tintypes appears to show a hiddenmother as there appears to be a ghost image of a women’s face to the right ofthe child.See sale photos.One surprising thing aboutthis album is the great condition it is in.It appears to have been rarely handled and nicely stored for 150+years. Both brass clasps are fullyintact. No loose or missing pages. Binding still very solid. Very little wear tocovers and binding. Gold gilt on pageedges still bold. CDVs and Tintypes canbe removed from album by sliding out. Anexceptional condition album.
