Up for sale is a wonderful antique 17th century hand carved wooden Jesus Christ head sculpture.It's beautifully polychromed with a rich colored finish and features inset glass eyes.It is a lovely depiction and is a fragment of what was most likely once a full sculpture.The head is mounted to an antique, but more modern, wooden base.It is in nice antique condition and the head alone without the base measures 5 1/2 inches tall by 4 inches wide.There is some paint loss and it is missing a half of one glass eye.Thank you for visiting "Dusty Treasures " and please feel free to browse through my online store where you can find several more wonderful items similar to this.
