I recently bought a large bronze/copper/moderncollection of just over 800 comics. Almost all the comics were in VF+ and mostof the modern books were NM or better. I have split them into 102 eight packsin a variety of price ranges. All packs will be sold for well below theestimated value.

Price guide says this 8 pack has a value of about $59: Isay we don’t need no steenking price guides. 8 packs do not combine shippingwith other types of listings. There is however a huge combined shippingdiscount for multiple 8 pack purchases. One pack pays $8 shipping, 2-6, eightpacks pay $16 shipping. If you want to purchase more than 6 eight packs at onetime please inquire for the shipping discount.

Postagebonus: Look, I hate paying shipping as much as you do.Postal regulations are clear. Comic books (unlike graphic novels) may not be shipped via media mailbecause they contain advertising. I know many people ignore this rule, but theyare subject to a $500 fine if they are caught more than once (the first one isa warning). Think about it. If I were the type of person who ripped off thepost office, wouldn’t I also be the type of person who would rip you off? I amnot that guy. 1 8-pack will mail in a flat rate priority envelope. 2-6 eightpacks will mail in a priority mail flat rate box or via standard priority mail,whichever is cheaper. Here is what I am going to do to make the “shipping pill”a little easier to swallow. I recentlybought the entire remaining stock of the fanzine Charlton Spotlight from theestate of the deceased publisher. I have issues 4, 6, 7, 8, and SpotlightComics #1. These are still packed in boxes from the printer and are NM withonly minor curling due to the way they were stacked in the boxes. If you wantto take a look at them, I have a complete set listed on . If you order 1eight pack, I will include a free Fanzine. If you order 2 eight packs, I willinclude 2 free zines. For every pack you order up to a total of 5, I willinclude a free zine. I am selling these zines at $7-$9 plus postage (at orbelow cover price), or $25 plus postage for the lot, so the value of every freezine you get should offset or more than offset the cost of any 8 pack postagecharges!

Value:Thesebooks were valued with the 53rd edition of the Overstreet PriceGuide, but if you like a treasure hunt, have I got news for you! IDID NOT take into account, newsstand editions on older books, 2ndprintings, variant covers, key issues, hot books or signed copies. So someof the 8 packs are worth far more than the listed approximate value. Use thosedetective skills and have fun hunting for special features on the books in eachpack.
