Description

Cover by Jack Binder. Stories and art by Otto Binder, Jack Binder, Bill Woolfolk, Harry Fisk and Marc Swayze. A Fawcett anthology with an emphasis on superhero adventure. At last, Phantom Eagle finds the Golden Mace, which can end World War II and bring peace to the world...at least for a while. Commando Yank seeks the Axis spy who stole Allied invasion plans and worse, the Marine Corps payroll. In a classic story, Mr. Scarlet and Pinky infiltrate the 1940s "Dance Marathon" craze to catch a killer. Plus a special page explaining the Phantom Eagle, Commando Yank and Penny Graves stories as "hitherto confidential stories behind the war scenes" from the "Official War Archives," allowing Fawcett to keep running WWII stories well into 1946.
