Mr. Scarlet and Pinky face the not-surprising return of Incarno, the killer who can die and return from the dead. Plus a special page explaining the Phantom Eagle, Commando Yank and Penny Graves stories as "hitherto confidential stories behind the war scenes" from the "Official War Archives."
