This stencil is in good condition for its age. Edges are worn from use and storage. Front is nicely inked with signs of brush strokes throughout the inked area. All the stencil lettering is intact and easy to read. From age and usage the oil board has lost its rigidness and has become \"floppy\" as seen in photo.

Summary: I just acquired 2 large long file, wooden boxes of address stencils, seemingly every F W Woolworth address and lots of other local department stores and Five & Dimes from USA and Canada locations. From a factory in Pennsylvania.
The seller said it was from a cast iron toy manufacturer, and it was confirmed that the stencils came from The Dent Hardware Co. in Fullerton, PA.
Use to create multiple of your own local collectibles, or would look great framed, in a collection which we have an example of in the pictures.
