Whimsical TABBY CAT DESK WOODEN DESK ORGANIZER for LETTERS MAIL FILES - NEW

11" Tall x 6" Long x 4.25" Wide

Hand Painted

Made from a lightweight wood, this is a whimsical Tabby Cat, with hand painted stripes of grays, blacks, and browns. The cat stands on 4 short legs ~ 1/2" tall, and is divided into 3 slots - approximately 1 1/4" apart each. The front piece is a carved cat face hand painted with yellow eyes, salmon-orange inner ear, pink nose and faint white whiskers. Black outlines add to the depth of the carving.

The 3 back slots are progressively a little higher, hand painted in wavy stripes and very smooth rounded pieces of wood. The back piece includes the tail, which is straight up with a little curl at the top - perfect for supporting files.

The underside is a plain piece of painted black wood with a groove running along each side.

Well constructed, solid, and will hold quite a bit of paperwork.

I received this a few years ago, but my work involved plan sheets, my husband handled the bills, mail, etc - I just didn't have the right use for it, so away it got put - now, it's time to downsize.....
