Nice standard size (4\" x 6\") cabinet card from F. Sheets, photographer in Wellsville, Ohio. Leonard Dobbins\' hotel apparently was the scene of a big political speech in October 1896. The flag flying from the front of the building has what we\'re almost positive is an image of William Jennings Bryan (and we\'ve enlarged the photo quite a bit). Bryan did make a whistle stop in Wellsville in late October 1896 as he campaigned in southeast Ohio along the Ohio River. Photo also looks like someone was hanging out the laundry to dry. Cabinet card has light soiling front and back, lightly bumped corners.
