This is an antique desk clock made by Waterbury, a company based in the United States. The clock is a crystal regulator, which means it has an open escapement. It is a mechanical clock that needs to be wound up every 8 days.
Clock works and strikes a gong on the half hour and strikes the hour on the hour. Does not come with a key. Keeps decent time. Plus or minus 5 minutes per week. Clock does work but I do recommend servicing it Movement looks dirty. I did not inspect it to see if it needs bushings.
