Don Bluth is an American filmmaker, animator and author. He is best known for directing films such as The Secret of NIMH, An American Tail, The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go To Heaven, Anastasia and Titan AE. He is the older brother of fellow animator Toby Bluth.
Thumbelina, also know as Hans Christian Anderson's Thumbelina, is centered around a digit-sized heroine who evades the clutched of various toads, moles, and beetles before she can proceed to her courtship with her dream lover Prince Cornelius.
