It is in good condition. No rips, tears, or stains, nothing worn. Detachable arm can be attached or removed,it has velcro on it. It is sitting where it has set for 3 or so years, in a big man size recliner in my game room.Due to its size I plan to use a giant bag and vacuum shrink it down to box it, like they do with those space bags for clothes. You will need to fluff it up on arrival I would suspect.
