Matching it with pictures online it clearly is an original WWII U.S. Army Air Force/Corps B-4 officer's luggage garment bag. I’ve tried to get photos of its worst damage. There are parts of three fragile tags, one is Union Pacific. They’re inside in clear bags. Store them better when you receive it. Zippers work, one is partial and one has slight damage as pictured.
