Issued to ZOMBA NAUM YAKOVLEVICH - 11.08.1912 - Kyiv Ukraine. Served in the 138 Guards Rifle Regiment, 48 Guards Rifle Division, Guards Officer.

Awarded the Badge of the Guards, Medal for Military Merit, Medal For the Defence of Moscow, Order of the Red Star, Order of the Great Pat War 1st Degree.

He was taking Care of the Horses of the unit, during one battle he was awarded the OPW1 for saving 452 Cows that were under artillery fire, and they were used for food and supplies.
