For 2024, we’ve made some very cool design improvements tothe WW2 C Ration reproduction we have been producing for nearly three years!And we’ve been able to lower the price!

At Hero Rations, we’ve been producing FULLY EDIBLE WWII ArmyRations, made exactly like original rations, using originals as templates andfollowing Department of Defense specifications, recipes and materials! We areyour source if you are a WWII reenactor, living historian or you or someone whoare gifting for is into WWII history!

The 2024 C Ration B Unit is a massive overhaul of our previousreusable can design, using enamel on rolling block printing directly to themetal can. The cans themselves retain the reusable lid design (simply pop openwith the edge of a p38 can opener or another item and reuse again and again). Thecan lid in addition to the authentic B unit stamping, also has the reverse diedate stamping raised on the lid. The best improvement over our previous designand competitors, is the new can was designed to be 0.75 pints and roughly 3”across and 3 ½” tall, mirroring the dimensions of the WWII C Ration cans!

The inside retains the same quality authentically reproducedcontents! We offer three different variations of the C Ration B Unit. PRICE IS PER CAN:

1. B-Unit Can containing five historically accurately madebiscuits, glassine or paper disc separator, three correct tabbed Domino sugarcubes or box of Domino granulated sugar, Barrington Hall tin with solublecoffee product and five rod candies.

2.B-Unit Can containing five historically accurately madebiscuits, glassine or paper disc separator, sachet of synthetic lemon juicepowder, box of Domino granulated sugar, and three-four caramel candies.

B-Unit Can containing five historically accurately made biscuits, glassine or paper disc separator, foiled lined craft paper sachet of cocoa beverage powder with correct period stamping and fudge candies or large freshly baked fudge square.

These contents have been thoroughly researched to create anauthentic experience. The biscuits are made using the 1943 dated specificationsdocument from the Department of Defense and are made using milled flours, sucrose,organic milk powder, invert sugar, soda, sea salt and pork lard. The correct sizedsugar cubes are imported from Holland. The coffee tins and juice sachets arespecially made here in our shop. The Domino boxes and cube wrappers areprofessionally printed, not made on a computer printer.
