This vintage-style distressed finish metal license plate measures 11 3/4\" by 6\" and is hand made in the USA using heavy gauge American steel and a process known as sublimation, where the image is baked into a powder coating for a durable and long-lasting, vintage-looking finish. It features pre-drilled holes for mounting on your car or pickup truck. Plus a genuine WWII vintage AWS arm band in very good used condition.

The Aircraft Warning Service (AWS) was a civilian service of the United States Army Ground Observer Corps instated during World War II to keep watch for enemy planes entering American airspace. it became inactive on May 29, 1944.
