UNIQUE WWI TRENCH ART APPLE CORER MADE FROM A GERMAN 20MM BECKER SHELL CASE.
A handmade brass and steel apple corer measuring 150mm x 155mm x 25mm.
In excellent condition as images, the piece displays a lovely toned patina and was obviously used as intended at the time.
The piece is naively cut from a German 20mm cannon shell casing, with the steel round forming the handle of the apple corer.
An unusual and very unique WWI trench art piece.
