Final posting.This is a size 48L, dated 11-42 jacket. Coat Wool Elastique OD dark as on the label. The Lt Col insignia along with the 18th fighter group DIs are pin back.Everything else is clutch back. The 7th patch and the service stripes on the arm are originals. The ribbons and wing may be newer. I put this together about 20 years back.The last time it was used was before covid. This is a rare size jacket. It looks nice,but probably should be dry cleaned. The man in the photo is just under 6 ft and weighs 221 pounds. The waist belt was made up of 2 smaller belts.. It measures 20.5 across the shoulders,25 from armpit to pit,and the outer arm length is 24,and the total length is 31.5 long from top of back of collar to bottom seam. Check your size against a coat you already own to ensure proper fit.Buyer pays 22.95 in mail Shipping,handling and insurance. I will be listing the pink trousers also.
