Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing and a drink ring on the cover tearing around the Staples foxing or the beginning of flaking around the edges of the cover and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
