made by waltham.It belongs to a man who joined the Marugame unit
on September 20, 1944, when it was destroyed on
Iwo Jima on March 19, 1945. It\'s written on the lid.This watch was shipped from Marugame, Shikoku to
the family before going to Iwo Jima. The fourth photo
is a document.The camera back is engraved with the army star,
artillery unit, corps number, and affiliation number.I bought it from a collector I knew and kept it carefully.The clock doesn\'t work.Items left behind by those who fought on Iwo Jima are
extremely rare. It has considerable value from a
