This issue includes the article \"A NEGRO’S CREED\". Nice 1–page article on Dubois’ Credo in the pages of the New York Independent! Nice Photo of WEB DUBOIS! There are, of course, many other interesting features here… including: “A CLEVER HORSE” ABOUT A HORSE WHO CAN DO MATH. This is “HANS” of GERMANY and his owner VON OSTEN. It includes two photos of the wonder horse… This issue also has an obituary and photo of LAFCADIO HEARN… This is a wonderful time capsule. It is in fine condition with typical vintage corner and edge wear. NOTE that the cover of this issue has some darkening, or foxing along the right and top margins, as well as a rubber stamping from a school. This does not affect the interior...
