You\'re offerding on Vulcan Iron Works Locomotive Proposal. This seems to have a selection of pamphlets on different locomotives, including 4-Ton Class AW-4, 8-Ton Class CW-8, 12-Ton Class EW-12, Four Speed Worm Gear Drive, 16 and 20 Ton Sizes Class GS-16 and HS-20.
The outer folder is tattered with lots of frayed edges and tears. Check the photos. The inside pages are generally ok.

I am not a professional grader, or even an amateur one, so please look at the pictures closely. The items you are buying are the ones in the photos, so please judge for yourself but also keep in mind that there may be defects that do not show up in the photos (like tears, bends, water damage, writing, etc.) but no defects are intentionally hidden. I would just assume they’re reader copies if condition is a big deal to you. The items are coming from a non-smoking home with a cat.
