This is a vintage porcelain figurine of a cat with a kitten that clings to her side. It was made in China in the 1950s (approx.) and stands 7 inches tall. The figurine is hand-painted with a luster ware finish and features an all-over color pattern. The cat and kitten are painted in soft pink and powder blue with a white background showing through the top glaze. The word "China" and some Chinese symbols and markings are on the bottom of the piece. This sweet little statuette can make a lovely addition to your luster ware collection or given to someone else who loves cats and kittens and luster ware!.
