May have other blemish in handle such as a crack. Blade may have staining that can mostly be wiped off with WD-40. This is a scarce Kershaw 1040 smooth bone handle folding knife made in Seki, Japan by Kai. It measures 3-7/8" long closed and features a 3" long AUS-6 steel blade.
