Here is a Vintage, Decorative Ceramic Plate/Wall Hanging featuring a couple of miners hanging on to each other as they\'re about to fall off a cliff. The caption reads, \"Let go me ankles, Murphy, or I\'ll hit you on the head with this pick!\" Old West/Western humor. Made in Japan, the plate has a nice gloss with a shiny, pointed goldtone edge. I believe it dates from the 1960s-70s and measures approx. 7 1/4\" in diameter x 3/4\" deep. The original made in Japan sticker and thread hanging loop are still on the back. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing! Please see pics and excuse the reflections. Stand not included. Item would make an awesome gift or addition to your own collection/decor!
