This is a beautiful vintage Frills N’ Flowers girl in a blue dress with a white tulle overlay that is tied with a blue ribbon in the back. She is holding a white and blue millinery flower bouquet, and has a blue flower on her head. Her bouquet has green paper leaves. She has on a white beaded pearl necklace, and has her original hangtag which says “Just Lookin’ Pretty” on the inside. This sweet girl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, and is about 4” tall. There is a Japan label on the bottom. She is so clean and just like new…someone must have stored her in a cabinet all these years. The white tulle and the flowers are pristine.
