This is an old prop taken from a spook house in 1997 from a run down school in missouri. I know because I'm the one that took it. (They were letting us take stuff it was the last year the had permission to use the property)

It's just an old plastic blow mold of a ghoul skeletal head that has blue flashing eyes wired up to a battery pack that takes 3 triple A batteries (not included)
