It is used and in nice vintage shape with just some minor normal use / shelf wear (see pictures). There is a small white spot on the bottom edge and I point to it in the pictures. I think that was from the original manufacture process and it is not a chip (see pictures). It does have some green felt on the bottom that a previous owner added (see pictures).
