No chips or cracks. Some minor spots. I thought they were Clay because of their weight, but my husband thinks not. I will side on the side of caution and it is heavy plastic.

Approximately 1 1/2” across. 44 white, 23 red and 22 blue. Not sure what a proper set includes.
