Vtg 40s Novelty Fabric Border Print White Hearts on Rich Red 35 W Early Lanz ? Vtg 40s Novelty Fabric Border Print White Hearts on Rich Red 35 W Early Lanz ? Vintage fabric. Medium weight cotton in a smooth, cotton percale. Measures 35 inches from selvage to selvage and is 45 inches in length. Very good to excellent unused condition. There are no stains, holes or rips, but it has been in storage for years and may need an airing. It has a bit of the musty air about it but NO mildew or mold (a wash will work miracles). It is also wrinkled. Some of the photographs were taken near a window or other strong light source, which may cause uneven shadows and tonal variations in the image. The actual fabric offered is even in tone, color and intensity. Striking folk novelty with white hearts, flowers and geometric elements in milk white on rich, rich, red. Certainly looks like an early Lanz print. Better quality fabric, for sure. Nice heft and \"feel\". The red is closer in tone to the scans; in hand it is not as dark as it appears in some of the long shot photos. COMBINED SHIPPING AVAILABLE.
