Beautiful hand drawn pen & ink sketches for advertisements for Foley Brothers Dept. Store in Houston, Texas. These feature sketches of beautifully coiffed women modeling fur trimmed coats and furs. There is a charming sketch of a lingerie clad young lady using barbells in her lovely 1940s style decorated bedroom. There are handwritten notes concerning the ads. These are nice pieces of vintage 1940s advertising history. The fragments could possibly be framed or used in a crafting project.
